Décor Baby does not hold any stock. Items ordered are made up or obtained from our suppliers only once your order has been received. Therefore delivery can take up to 8 weeks. You will be sent an email notification as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If your parcel does not arrive within 2 weeks of dispatch please:
- Email Décor Baby with your invoice number.
- Décor Baby will undertake a track and trace to locate your parcel.
- The status of your parcel will then be advised, or if found to have gone missing, a replacement will be sent. PLEASE NOTE that Décor Baby accepts no responsibility for parcels not delivered due to an incorrect address being supplied.
Returns
We want you to be happy! Therefore if you change your mind about an item purchased or it is damaged or defective simply return it for replacement, refund or exchange.
Returns need to be in their original condition and returned within 14 days of you having received the goods. In the instance of damage or defect, we will replace the items, or if you prefer, refund the freight and purchase price. If you change your mind about an item we are happy to refund or exchange the product for you, but cannot refund freight costs in these instances.
Please note that we cannot accept returns where the damage or defect is a result of something you did! Décor Baby is not responsible for any returned products that become lost in the mail.

Should you change your mind after placing the order you are able to cancel. Cancellations can only be accepted if made promptly and received PRIOR to your parcel being dispatched.
